At Milestone HCQU Northwest, we are always looking for new ways to help you get the information you need to help you better serve and support people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. To that end, we have created home-study trainings on several subjects, listed below, and we add new topics regularly. Learners can read the information online or download for offline reading/printing and take the test online.
To access our online training site click here: http://northwesthcqu.learnupon.com
Unlike our live, instructor-led trainings, where you have the option of asking questions, you must take a short (5-question) quiz to recieve credit for our home-study trainings. Certificates are generated upon successful completion of the course. To complete the training, you must score a minimum of 80% on the test and at least click through each module in the training. Evaluation questions are not mandatory (we’d love your feedback!), but the system may not automatically generate your certificate unless you at least click into each module of the training.
You must have an account on our online training center to take these trainings. If you do not have an account, it’s fast and easy to register for one. If you already have an account on the Milestone HCQU West Training Center, please email HCQUNW@MilestonePA.org so we can help you setup an account with HCQU Northwest. Please note, we are no longer accepting paper copies of our home-study tests. You must create an account with our online training center to submit tests.
