
Thyme In Your Kitchen Healthy Cooking Class (for Self-Advocates)
Join us for a hands-on healthy cooking class at Thyme In Your Kitchen! This class will guide participants to become self-confident cooks while making healthy food choices, spark creativity, and most of all have fun in an interactive environment. Attendees will cook a complete meal from start to finish with a professional chef as their instructor. When the dishes are ready, the class will sit down to enjoy the meal together. On the menu: lemon garlic pork tenderloin, creamy garlic risotto, and a light arugula and spinach salad.
**This class is limited to 10 participants. Each participant must have a staff member available to assist them.**
Participation in cooking classes at Thyme In Your Kitchen places you in a typical cooking environment with inherent risk. By registering for one of our events, you agree to release Thyme In Your Kitchen and its staff from all liability arising from direct or indirect damages or injury. Closed toe shoes are recommended for all hands-on classes. Dangling or excessive jewelry as well as loose hanging clothing is not recommended.
