Dementia Friends is a global movement that is changing the way people think, act, and talk about dementia.  The goal of the program is to educate community members across the Commonwealth about dementia, break down stigma surrounding dementia, and encourage individuals to implement practical changes to best support people living with dementia.

Stacie Bonenberger, MOT, OTR/L, is a program manager at the Jewish Healthcare Foundation (JHF) with a primary focus on initiatives related to the aging population.  Ms. Bonenberger is one of the statewide coordinators for Dementia Friends Pennsylvania, a global initiative that is changing the way people think, act, and talk about dementia and Dementia Friendly Pennsylvania, helping to build inclusive communities for person living with dementia in Pennsylvania.

Deanna Page, MS, LPC, is a program specialist on the Jewish Healthcare Foundation’s (JHF) Aging Initiatives team.  In her role, she supports Dementia Friendly Pennsylvania, Dementia Friends Pennsylvania, the PA Long-Term Care Learning Network, and related aging and policy efforts.  She is a Licensed Professional Counselor, National Certified Counselor, and a Certified Dementia Practitioner.
