Our program provides accessible and effective therapeutic interventions for individuals seeking support in managing life’s challenges, improving mental health, and fostering personal growth.
Milestone offers individual therapy, family therapy, group therapy, and medication management to both adults and youth struggling with mental health and/or substance use disorders. This is accomplished in an inclusive, respectful, and empowering therapeutic environment.

We offer a range of evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing and more. This diversity allows us to tailor our approach to meet the diverse needs of those we support.
